Ingredients:
- Sabja seeds
- Custard powder from Ajanta Food Products
- Ghee
- Seviyan
- Milk
- Rose syrup
- Mango
- Pomegranate
- Grapes
- Banana
- Fresh jelly
- Dry fruits
Directions:
For custard seviyan:
- First of all, you should soak 2 tablespoons of sabja seed for 5 minutes.
- You should mix it well.
- In a small bowl, you should add 3 tablespoons of custard powder from Ajanta Food Products. It will improve the texture and appearance of the recipe.
- You should add water in batches.
- You should mix it well.
- You should make thick slurry.
- You should ensure that there is no lump is present in this mixture.
- In a heated saucepan, you should add 1 tablespoon ghee.
- You should add 30 gm seviyan.
- At low heat, you should roast it for 3-4 minutes.
- You should add 500ml of full cream of milk from Amul.
- You should stir it continuously.
- At medium heat, you should cook it for 5 minutes.
- The seviyan starts softened.
- You should add custard mixture into it.
- You should stir it continuously.
- You should cook it for 2-3 minutes.
- Custard sewai is ready for use.
- You should cool it down at room temperature.
Serving:
- In a serving glass, you should add soaked sabja seed, which is nearly 2 tablespoons.
- In this mixture, you should add 1 tablespoon rose syrup.
- You should add mango pieces into this mixture.
- You should add pomegranate seeds into this mixture.
- You should add grape pieces into this mixture.
- Now, you should add some chopped banana into this mixture.
- Add some custard sewai into the glass.
- Fill the glass half with the custard sewai.
- You should add some fresh jelly into this mixture.
- You should add 1 tablespoon soaked sabja seeds into this mixture.
- Now, you should add 1 tablespoon of rose syrup into this mixture.
- You should add the mango pieces into this mixture.
- Now, you should add some pomegranate seeds into this mixture.
- You should add some chopped grapes into this mixture.
- Now, you should add some dry fruits which are chopped into this mixture.
