How to make delicious homemade chocos at your home?

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 glass Water
  • ½ cup plus 1 tablespoons of confectionary sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 3 tablespoon semolina (suji)
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • ½ cup milk powder
  • 2 tablespoons of Cocoa Powder from Ajanta Food Products
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda from Ajanta Food Products
  • 4 drops of vanilla essence from Ajanta Food Products

Directions:

  • You should first of all add 1 cup of oats, 1 cup of whole wheat flour, 3 tablespoons of suji, ½ cup of milk powder, ¼ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon of baking soda from Ajanta Food Products and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder from Ajanta Food Products into a mixing jar.
  • Cover and blend it into a fine powder.
  • Transfer it into a small bowl.
  • Set it aside.
  • In a saucepan, add 1 glass of water, ½ cup of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of butter.
  • Mix it well and boil the mixture until the sugar and butter dissolves completely.
  • Now, switch off the flames .
  • Let it cool down completely.
  • Add four drops of vanilla essence from Ajanta Food Products, 2 tablespoons of honey into the mixture.
  • In this liquid, add prepared powder.
  • Mix it well like dough.
  • You should now, roll it into a smooth dough.
  • Cut it into small parts.
  • Take one part and roll it thin.
  • Make small size balls out of it.
  • Transfer the balls in a baking tray or place.
  • Place it in a preheated oven or kadai. We prefer to cook it on kadai for better taste and flavour.
  • Cover and bake it for 5-6 minutes.
  • Bake it again for 10-15 minutes after 5 minutes mix.
  • Take them out and cool them completely.
  • In a separate saucepan, boil 1 glass milk and transfer it into a bowl.
  • Add prepared chocos and serve.
  • Serve them to your kids and family.
