Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of sliced fresh mango
  • 1 cup suji
  • 1 tablespoon milk powder
  • ½ cup of vegetable oil

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour

Direction:

  • You should preheat the oven to 170 centigrade.
  • In a large bowl, you should mix mango, suji, sugar, and vegetable oil. Mix it well.

  • Keep it aside for 15 minutes. Add vinegar into this mixture.

  • Keep an eye for 25 minutes. Lower the temperature a bit, if it starts to brown quickly.
  • Do the toothpick test by effectively inserting it in the center of the cake to see if the cake is baked properly.
  • If it comes out clean then remove immediately on the wire rack to cool down.
  • You should allow the mango cake to cool down for a while and then cut it into slices and garnish it with berries. Serve and enjoy.
