Ingredients:
- 1 cup Suji (semolina)
- 1/2 cup Flour

- 1 cup Mango pulp
- 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Berries (for topping or inside the cake)
- 1/4 cup White chocolate (optional, for topping or inside the cake)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a baking tin.
- In a large bowl, combine the suji, flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix well.
- In another bowl, mix together the mango pulp, vegetable oil, and sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing gently until well combined. Be careful not to over-mix.
- Add the vinegar and mix it quickly and gently into the batter.
