Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup vermicelli (seviyan)
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 5 cups milk

- 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- A few saffron strands (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (almonds, cashews)
- 2 cups mixed fruits (apple, banana, mango, grapes, pomegranate)
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix the custard powder with 1/2 cup of cold milk until smooth. Set aside.
- Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan. Add the vermicelli and roast on medium heat until golden brown and aromatic
- Pour the remaining milk into the pan with the roasted vermicelli.

- Lower the heat and gradually add the custard slurry to the pan, stirring continuously to prevent lumps.
- Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the mixture thickens to a creamy consistency.
- Remove from heat and let the custard cool to room temperature.
- Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, fold in the chopped fruits and nuts. Mix gently to combine.
