  • Slowly add milk, one tablespoon at a time, to form a firm, non-sticky dough.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8-inch thickness.
  • Use a knife or small cookie cutter to cut into tiny square or crescent shapes, mimicking the look of commercial Chocos.
  • Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F).
  • Place the shaped pieces on a lined baking tray and bake for 10–12 minutes or until crisp.
