- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Ice cream and chocolate syrup (for serving)

- In a bowl, mix 1 cup refined flour, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp Ajanta Baking Soda, 1 tsp Ajanta Baking Powder, 1.5 tbsp Ajanta Cocoa Powder, and 2 tbsp melted butter. Whisk well.
- Gradually add 1/2 cup milk in batches to the dry mixture, stirring to achieve a pouring consistency. Set the batter aside.
- Brush the waffle maker with some butter and preheat it for 5 minutes.
